Bio
Rachel P. Dultz, MD, FACS, is a fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist and board-certified general surgeon serving patients at the Breast Health Center in East Windsor, New Jersey. Dr. Dultz earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University College of Medicine, completed her general surgery residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and completed a fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at Baylor University Medical Center. She specializes in breast cancer surgery, nipple-sparing and skin-sparing mastectomy, lumpectomy, abnormal mammograms, benign breast disease, and comprehensive breast health care. As Medical Director of the Breast Health Center and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Dultz is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care using the latest advances in breast surgery.
